Terms
Orders
The minimum run is 100 pairs. The sock is one size fits all, so every pair in a run is identical. Requesting a run is free — we send a written quote within one business day, and the order is confirmed once you accept that quote and it is paid.
Pricing
Prices are $29.99 AUD per pair and include colour matching, the full grip sole and delivery within Australia.
Artwork and proof
Before anything is knitted we send a colour proof showing your two colourways. Production starts once you approve it. Check the colour codes carefully — the proof is the final reference.
Lead time
Runs take about five weeks from proof approval. Timings are estimates and can move if artwork needs redrawing or a colour has to be specially dyed.
Custom goods
Because every run is made to your club's colours, socks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a run arrives with a production fault, contact the club desk and we will remake or credit it.
